Welcome to the haruthai website terms and conditions for use. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. By placing an order with haruthai you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as set out. These Terms and Conditions cover the sale of haruthai products contained on this website and all promotions featured by haruthai.
Before placing an order, if you have any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions please contact our customer service representatives by e-mail at sales@haruthai.com We request that you read through these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website and also read all details regarding our Privacy policy.
Some of the photo in our website are from overseas furniture website or overseas partners, if you found any photo or content have been invasion of copyright, please email us on sales@haruthai.com we will remove the photo or content immediately.
OUR RIGHTS: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently this website or any part thereof with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website or any part thereof following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the haruthai website. We reserve the right to accept, refuse or limit your order for any reason including the unavailability of a product, errors in price and product descriptions posted on the website. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us so we only use the information you provide about yourself when using this website to assist us in improving our service to you. We do not share this information with any 3rd party.
Purchase of products Pricing/Payment All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT to retail customers and prices do not include delivery. 40% of deposit amount must be made on the day of your order. Full payment must be made before any product is dispatched from our warehouse to your place. All payments taken by phone, online or in store are taken in a secure environment. Payment is accepted by Cash, Cheque, Amex Card, Visa, and Master card.
Ordering/Lead times: All orders placed on this website will be subject to the acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability. Upon placing an order, all purchasers will be given an estimated lead-time for delivery. Due to the increased congestion in domestic transport lines and the high levels of traffic in Thailand docks, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays in the arrival of goods. We will however do our best to solve any problems these delays might cause. This estimation shall be in no form binding upon haruthai and shall at no point be a condition of any contractual obligation with purchasers.
haruthai provides a full delivery and installation service with a service charge.(see Delivery Terms and Conditions for more information). Your furniture will be unpacked and assembled (where necessary) by our two-man crew. Our drivers and staff will deliver through ground floor and basement level only. We do not have the equipment or insurance to winch, lift or hoist items through windows, remove doorframes or window frames. Standard Delivery and small furniture items:
- All our standard delivery accessory and small furniture items will be dispatched directly from our warehouse and with you within 15 working days. If you have placed an order containing a large furniture item or an item out of stock we will wait until everything can be dispatched together. You will only be charges one delivery charge for orders containing multiple items.
- All items must be signed for at the point of delivery. In signing the
delivery note, you are acknowledging that the item(s) delivered are
in good condition and in no way faulty or damaged. You are
responsible for checking that all details and aspects of your order
are correct and suitable for your requirements, including
measurements, quantities, dimensions, product features, colors and
textures.
- Should no one be present to receive the furniture at the prearranged
time, a relevant delivery fee will be charged (irrespective
of your invoice) for re-delivery.
- 48 hours notice is requested for cancellation of a pre arranged
delivery.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture purchased will
fit into your property. Please make sure you measure correctly
before ordering any furniture, consider skirting boards when
measuring alcoves, any staircases, doorways or tight spaces which
the product will go through.
Important Information:
Cancellation here at haruthai we hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however in the event that you are not entirely satisfied you are entitled to cancel this contract provided that you exercise your right in writing no longer than 2 working days after the day which you receive the goods. Providing the goods are in perfect resalable. haruthai will issue a refund within 10 days with a charge of 40% of the total amount paid. If the product is not in completely saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If the goods are not faulty the cost of returning them is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at the warehouse. Refunds will be issued by Bank transfer. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item has been damaged on receipt or deemed faulty at which point haruthai will bear the cost and organize collection. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalized, made to measure bespoke pieces unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing fault. Guarantee All furniture is guaranteed for 3 months, on condition that each item is cared for in accordance with the advice contained on the haruthai website or care guide leaflet. Where appropriate haruthai will repair the item free of charge during this term or will replace the piece at our discretion if we believe this is appropriate. Should an item arrive faulty, we will automatically offer either a replacement. We reserve the right to repair an item rather than replace it where necessary. Our Trading policy does not affect your statutory rights.
To create your made to order piece we would:
- offer a quote on the item based on your description, size and finish
- once agreed ask for a 40% part deposit to create drawing/s to your specifications and order
- this would be sent to you by email as a photo file for you comments
- we would amend accordingly, if required
NB: Local delivery is not included in the quote and this would be based on your location. Custom made pieces are not boxed and sent with appropriate fine furniture carrier or by ourselves.
